Spironolactone

This drug has a similar structure to aldosterone and is a competitive inhibitor of aldosterone. It acts on the distal convoluted tubule and collecting duct, blocking the Na+-K+ and Na+-H+ exchanges, resulting in increased excretion of Na+, C1- and water, reduced excretion of K+, Mg2+ and H+, and uncertain effects on Ca2+ and P3-. Since this drug only acts on the distal convoluted tubule and collecting duct, and has no effect on other segments of the renal tubule, its diuretic effect is weak. In addition, this drug also has effects on aldosterone target organs other than the renal tubule.

Bifendate

It is an intermediate in the synthesis of Schisandrin A. It can reduce liver damage and elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) caused by carbon tetrachloride; inhibit liver microsomal lipid peroxidation and the metabolic conversion of carbon tetrachloride into carbon monoxide; reduce the consumption of reduced coenzyme II and oxygen in the metabolism of carbon tetrachloride, and protect the structure and function of stem cell biomembranes; has a significant inducing effect on cytochrome P450 enzyme activity, and enhances the detoxification ability of carbon tetrachloride and certain carcinogens; improves protein metabolism, increases albumin and decreases globulin; has no negative effect on HbsAg and HbeAg, and cannot shrink enlarged liver and spleen.

This product has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially high antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-negative bacilli. It has good antibacterial activity in vitro against the following bacteria: most bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, including Citrobacter, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio, Yersinia, etc. It often has antibacterial activity against multi-drug resistant bacteria. It has high antibacterial activity against penicillin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, enzyme-producing Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella. It has antibacterial activity against most strains of Pseudomonas such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This product has antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, and only moderate antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus and Enterococcus faecalis. It has good antimicrobial activity against Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma, Legionella, and also has antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and atypical mycobacteria. Poor antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria. Ofloxacin is a bactericide that acts on the A subunit of bacterial DNA helicase, inhibiting DNA synthesis and replication, leading to bacterial death.
