Experimental studies have shown that: Xinqingning decoction of 10g/kg body weight for fresh yeast fever rats once, the body temperature can be significantly reduced 1 hour after taking the medicine, and the antipyretic effect lasts for 3 hours; a dose of 3g/kg body weight can reduce the body temperature of fever rats to normal within 3 hours, and then the medicine is given again, and the antipyretic effect can be maintained the next morning (18 hours after taking the medicine). Xinqingning's antibacterial experiment shows that it has a strong inhibitory effect on aerobic and anaerobic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella dysenteriae, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus, Bacillus subtilis, Digestococcus macrocarpon, anaerobic Streptococcus, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Bacteroides fragilis, Clostridium difficile (9#, 11#, 8#), and the minimum inhibitory concentration is mostly around 3.12mg/ml. It has a significant inhibitory effect on the lesions of influenza virus pneumonia in mice. The two dose groups of Xinqingning, 5g/Kg body weight and 7.5g/Kg body weight, showed significant inhibitory effects on the formation of yeast joint swelling in rats within 0.5-2.5h or 3h after inflammation. It has a good preventive effect on stress-induced gastric bleeding in rats. It can reduce the amount of bleeding and has a hemostatic effect. Xinqingning has a synergistic hypnotic effect with sodium pentobarbital, which can prolong the sleep time of mice induced by sodium pentobarbital. The mouse writhing method showed that Xinqingning decoction has a certain analgesic effect.
