Clindamycin phosphate
Clindamycin phosphate is a chemically synthesized clindamycin derivative with no antibacterial activity in vitro. After entering the body, it is rapidly hydrolyzed into clindamycin to exert antibacterial activity. It has antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-positive cocci (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus, and Pneumococcus), anaerobic Gram-negative rods (such as Bacteroides and Fusobacterium), anaerobic Gram-positive non-spore-forming rods (such as Propionibacterium, Eubacterium, and Actinomyces), and anaerobic and microaerophilic Gram-positive rods (such as Peptococcus, microaerophilic Streptococcus, and Peptostreptococcus).

Lidocaine hydrochloride
This product is an amide local anesthetic. After blood absorption or intravenous administration, it has obvious biphasic effects of excitation and inhibition on the central nervous system, and there may be no precursor excitation. When the blood concentration is low, analgesia and drowsiness occur, and the pain threshold increases; with increasing doses, the effect or toxicity increases, and it has an anticonvulsant effect at sub-toxic blood concentrations; convulsions may occur when the blood concentration exceeds 5μg·ml-1. At low doses, this product can promote the outflow of K in myocardial cells, reduce myocardial autonomy, and have an anti-ventricular arrhythmia effect; at therapeutic doses, it has no obvious effect on the electrical activity of myocardial cells, atrioventricular conduction, and myocardial contraction; further increases in blood concentrations can cause a slowing of heart conduction velocity, atrioventricular conduction block, inhibition of myocardial contractility, and a decrease in cardiac output.

Puerarin
This product is a flavonoid glycoside extracted from the root of Pueraria lobata or Pueraria lobata in the Leguminosae family. Animal experiments show that: 1. Effect on smooth muscle: Various total flavonoid compounds in Pueraria lobata have the effect of relaxing smooth muscle, while the contractile components may be substances such as choline, acetylcholine and carceline R. 2. Effect on body temperature: After artificial fever was induced by intravenous injection of expired typhoid vaccine into rabbit ears, the body temperature decreased after oral administration of 20% Pueraria lobata decoction or 20% ethanol infusion, and the effect of infusion was particularly obvious. 3. Effect on cardiovascular system: Pueraria lobata has a certain antihypertensive effect on normal and hypertensive animals. Pueraria lobata total flavonoids and puerarin have a significant effect of dilating coronary arteries, which can dilate normal and spasmodic coronary arteries. After intravenous injection of 30mg/Kg, coronary blood flow can increase by 40% and vascular resistance can decrease by 29%. Puerarin can also inhibit the release of 5-HT in platelets induced by thrombin.

Anticonvulsant, anti-epileptic, anti-neuropathic pain, anti-manic-depressive, improves the symptoms of certain mental illnesses, and treats central diabetes insipidus; possible mechanisms include use-dependent blocking of various excitable cell membrane Na channels, inhibition of T-type calcium channels, enhancement of central noradrenergic nerve activity, promotion of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) secretion, or increased sensitivity of effectors to ADH.
