MICRONOMICIN SULFATE

This product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of gentamicin. It has antibacterial effects on Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, aerogenes, Klebsiella, Proteus mirabilis, some indole-positive Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, some Neisseria, some non-pigmented Serratia and Shigella. Among Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus (including β-lactamase-producing strains) is sensitive to this product; Streptococci (including Streptococcus pyogenes, Pneumococcus, Streptococcus faecalis, etc.) are all resistant to this product. Anaerobic bacteria (Bacteroides), Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Rickettsia, viruses and fungi are also resistant to this product. This product is stable to aminoglycoside acetyltransferase AAC (6') produced by bacteria, so it still has antibacterial activity against bacteria that are resistant to kanamycin, gentamicin, amikacin, ribosomycin, etc. due to the production of this enzyme. The minimum inhibitory concentration of this product is 0.1-6.25 mg/L. The mechanism of action of this product is to bind to the bacterial ribosome 30S subunit and inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein.

It has a strong affinity for steroid metabolic enzymes in the liver, thereby hindering the inactivation of cortisol and aldosterone, showing obvious corticosteroid-like effects (such as anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and protective membrane structure), promoting monochromatic metabolism, reducing the release of ALT and AST; inducing γ-IFN and interleukin II, increasing NK cell activity and the OKT4/OKT8 ratio and activating the reticuloendothelial system; inhibiting the production and formation of free radicals and lipid peroxides, reducing the activity of proline hydroxylase; regulating calcium ion channels, protecting lysosomal membranes and mitochondria

This product is an amide local anesthetic, which has a biphasic effect of excitation and inhibition on the central nervous system. At low doses, analgesia and drowsiness occur, and the pain threshold is increased. When the dose is increased, the effect or toxicity is enhanced. It has an anticonvulsant effect at sub-toxic blood concentrations. It has an anti-ventricular arrhythmia effect on the heart. At low doses, it promotes the outflow of K+ in myocardial cells and reduces myocardial autonomy. At therapeutic doses, it has no obvious effect on the electrical activity of myocardial cells, atrioventricular conduction and myocardial contraction. At high concentrations, it can cause a slowing of heart conduction velocity, atrioventricular conduction block, inhibition of myocardial contractility and a decrease in cardiac output.

This product belongs to the benzamide antipsychotic drug. Its characteristic action is to selectively block the dopamine (DA2) receptors of the mesolimbic system, with little effect on other neurotransmitter receptors, mild anticholinergic effect, and no obvious sedative and anti-excitement and agitation effects. This product also has strong antiemetic and gastric juice secretion inhibitory effects.
