Chloramphenicol Injection
The main ingredient of this product is chloramphenicol, and its chemical name is D-threo-(-)-N-[α-(hydroxymethyl)-β-hydroxy-p-nitrophenylethyl]-2,2-dichloroacetamide.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Chloramphenicol

This product has a broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect in vitro, including aerobic Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobes, Rickettsia, spirochetes and Chlamydia. It has bactericidal effects on the following bacteria: influenza bacillus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Neisseria meningitidis. It only has antibacterial effects on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus viridans, group B hemolytic Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Shigella, Bacteroides fragilis and other anaerobic bacteria. The following bacteria are usually resistant to chloramphenicol: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Enterobacter, Serratia marcescens, indole-positive Proteus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus. This product is an antibacterial agent. Chloramphenicol is fat-soluble and enters bacterial cells by diffusion, and reversibly binds to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, which blocks the growth of the peptide chain (possibly due to the inhibition of the action of transpeptidase), thereby inhibiting the formation of peptide chains and preventing protein synthesis.

Rifampicin

The antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of rifampicin. It has good antibacterial activity against tuberculosis and leprosy. When the dosage is 1/3 of that of rifampicin, similar or higher efficacy can be achieved. It has a good effect on Staphylococcus aureus and has certain antibacterial activity against some Escherichia coli. In addition, it also has an inhibitory effect on Chlamydia trachomatis.

Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules
The main ingredient of this product is omeprazole.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Omeprazole

Proton pump inhibitor. This product is a fat-soluble weakly alkaline drug that is easily concentrated in an acidic environment. Therefore, after oral administration, it can be specifically distributed in the secretory tubules of the gastric mucosal parietal cells and converted into the active form of sulfenamide in this high-acid environment. Then, it irreversibly combines with the sulfhydryl group of the H, K-ATPase (also known as the proton pump) in the secretory membrane of the parietal cells through a disulfide bond to form a complex of sulfenamide and the proton pump, thereby inhibiting the activity of the enzyme and blocking the final step of gastric acid secretion. Therefore, this product has a strong and lasting inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion caused by various reasons.

Rifampicin

This product is a semi-synthetic broad-spectrum bactericidal agent, used in combination with other anti-tuberculosis drugs for the initial and retreatment treatment of tuberculosis. It is also suitable for asymptomatic meningococcal carriers to eliminate Neisseria meningitidis in the nasopharynx (this product is not suitable for the treatment of meningococcal infection). Rifampicin can also be considered for preventing infection in contacts of influenza bacilli; combined with other drugs, it is used to treat leprosy and atypical mycobacterium infections.
