| Telmisartan |
Telmisartan is an oral specific non-peptide angiotensin II receptor (AT1 type) antagonist. It selectively binds to the AT1 receptor site with high affinity, persistently antagonizes angiotensin II, and causes a decrease in blood aldosterone levels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Telmisartan does not inhibit human plasma renin, nor does it block ion channels, nor does it inhibit angiotensin converting enzyme (kinase II), nor does it affect the degradation of bradykinin by the enzyme, so there will be no adverse reactions caused by the enhanced effect of bradykinin. For patients with hypertension, telmisartan can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure without affecting heart rate. No rebound hypertension occurs after discontinuation of telmisartan.

This product is a calcium channel blocker that can prevent cell damage caused by pathological intracellular calcium overload due to ischemia and other reasons; relieve vasospasm, and have a lasting inhibitory effect on persistent vasospasm caused by vasoconstrictor substances, especially on the basilar artery and internal carotid artery; has vestibular inhibitory effect, can increase blood flow in the cochlear arterioles and improve vestibular organ circulation; has anti-epileptic effect, can block pathological calcium overload of nerve cells to prevent paroxysmal depolarization and cell discharge, thereby avoiding epileptic seizures; protects the myocardium, and significantly reduces ischemic myocardial damage; also has the effect of improving renal function, and can be used for chronic renal failure; in addition, this product also has anti-histamine effect.

| Penicillin V potassium salt |
This product is a penicillin antibiotic. The antibacterial spectrum is the same as penicillin. It has antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative cocci, individual Gram-negative bacilli (such as Haemophilus), spirochetes and actinomycetes, but most Staphylococcus strains (90%) including Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative Staphylococci can produce beta-lactamase to hydrolyze and inactivate this product. The activity of this product against most sensitive strains is 2 to 5 times weaker than that of penicillin. It has no antibacterial effect on strains that produce penicillinase. The mechanism of action of this product is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, causing the bacteria to rupture and dissolve rapidly.

It achieves antibacterial effect by inhibiting the activity of bacterial DNA gyrase and hindering the replication of bacterial DNA. It has broad-spectrum and strong antibacterial characteristics, and has good antibacterial effects on most Enterobacteriaceae, Gram-negative bacteria, some Gram-positive bacteria, Legionella, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, etc., but has poor effects on anaerobic bacteria and enterococci.
