This product is a neutral compound of aspirin and acetaminophen bonded by an ester bond. After oral administration, it is not hydrolyzed in the gastrointestinal tract, is absorbed in the intestine and quickly reaches an effective concentration in the blood, and is characterized by rarely causing gastrointestinal bleeding.
