1. Pharmacology This product is composed of peptides, enzymes, biogenic amines and other substances. It can counteract the inflammatory response caused by immune complexes and act on cyclooxygenase to relieve fever and analgesia. 2. Toxicology Effects on the blood system: In vitro, it has a hemolytic effect at a concentration of 1:10000, but does not destroy platelets.

This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.

Used as an auxiliary treatment for rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, peripheral neuritis and neuralgia.

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. The first dose is 0.05 mg for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. If there is no adverse reaction, increase the dose by 0.1-0.2 mg every other day to 0.25-0.5 mg once a day or every other day, and the total dose is 10 mg for one course of treatment. The dosage for children is halved. Injection site: (1) Alternate injection of the limbs, alternate subcutaneous injection of the limbs. (2) Pain point injection, injection around the pain point of the affected part. For shock, the following treatment is required: lying flat, oxygen inhalation, subcutaneous injection of 1:1000 epinephrine 0.3-0.5ml or intramuscular injection of epinephrine 1mg or intravenous drip of hydrocortisone glucose injection (200mg hydrocortisone dissolved in 10% glucose injection 500ml) 500ml.
