Dimenhydrinate Tablets

This product is a complex of diphenhydramine and aminophylline, which has antihistamine effect, can inhibit vascular exudation, reduce tissue edema, and has sedative and antiemetic effects. After oral administration, this product is rapidly and completely absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract.

Each tablet of this product contains 50 mg of the main ingredient dimenhydrinate. The auxiliary materials are: starch, starch slurry, magnesium stearate.

This product is white tablets.

Used to prevent and treat motion sickness, such as nausea and vomiting caused by carsickness, seasickness and airsickness.

Oral. Adults take 1 to 2 tablets at a time. To prevent motion sickness, take the medicine 30 minutes before departure. To treat motion sickness, take the medicine once every 4 hours. The daily dosage should not exceed 12 tablets. Children aged 1 to 6 years old take 0.5 to 1 tablet at a time, and not more than 6 tablets a day; children aged 7 to 12 years old take 1 to 2 tablets at a time, and not more than 8 tablets a day.

1 Common adverse reactions include: dullness, drowsiness, lack of concentration, fatigue, dizziness, and gastrointestinal discomfort. 2 Rare: hallucinations, decreased vision, difficulty urinating, rash, etc.

1. Patients who are allergic to other ethanolamine drugs are prohibited from using this product. 2. Pregnant women, newborns and premature infants are prohibited from using this product.

1. This product has a synergistic effect when used with ethanol or other sedatives and hypnotic drugs, so it should be avoided to take them at the same time. 2. This product can temporarily affect the absorption of barbiturates, etc. 3. When this product is used with sodium para-aminosalicylate, the latter's blood concentration is reduced. 4.
