This product is a nucleoside derivative, which promotes brain metabolism and improves brain circulation by reducing cerebrovascular resistance and increasing cerebral blood flow. In addition, it can enhance the function of the ascending activation system of the brainstem reticular structure, enhance the function of the pyramidal system, and improve motor paralysis, so it has a certain effect on promoting the recovery of brain function and awakening. The LD50 of intravenous injection for mice, rats and rabbits is 4.15, 3.30, and 1.19/kg respectively.

The main ingredient of this product is citicoline sodium.

Coenzyme. Used for acute craniocerebral trauma and postoperative consciousness disorder after craniocerebral surgery.

Intravenous drip: 0.25-0.5 g per day, diluted with 5% or 10% glucose injection and slowly dripped, every 5-10 days as a course of treatment; simple intravenous injection: 100-200 mg each time. Intramuscular injection: 0.1-0.3 g per day, divided into 1-2 injections.

This product has no obvious toxic effects on humans and animals, and has no effect on respiration, pulse and blood pressure. Occasionally, there may be transient blood pressure drop, insomnia, excitement and fever after administration, which will disappear after stopping the drug.
