Oxymatrine for injection

This product can reduce the level of DHBV-DNA in the serum of ducks infected with hepatitis B virus (DHBV), and has a protective effect on toxic liver damage in mice caused by CCL4 and galactosamine.

The main ingredient of this product is matrine, and its chemical name is: oxymatrine.

This product is an almost colorless or yellow clear liquid.

1. Used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. 2. Low white blood cells caused by tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and leukopenia caused by other reasons.

1. Treatment of hepatitis B: Dissolve 0.6g of this product in water for injection, add 250-500ml of 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and drip intravenously. Once a day, 0.6g each time, two months as a course of treatment. Or follow the doctor's advice. 2. For white blood cell increase: twice a day, 0.2g each time.

During intramuscular injection, some patients experience local pain after injection, which can be relieved after changing to deep injection. Common adverse reactions of internal resistance include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, bitter taste in the mouth, diarrhea, upper abdominal discomfort or pain, occasional rash, chest tightness, fever. Symptoms generally resolve on their own, and some patients may experience redness at the injection site.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product, and for those with severe blood, heart, liver, kidney and endocrine diseases.

It has a synergistic effect with central nervous system depressants such as chloral hydrate, an antagonistic effect on central nervous system stimulants such as amphetamine, and can facilitate the convulsive effect of strychnine.
