Treat various types of hypertension.

The dosage must follow the principle of individualization and be adjusted according to the therapeutic effect. 1. Common dosage for adults: (1) For hypertension, take 12.5 mg orally once, 2-3 times a day. Increase to 50 mg 2-3 times a day within 1-2 weeks as needed. If the therapeutic effect is still unsatisfactory, other antihypertensive drugs can be added. (2) For heart failure, start with 12.5 mg orally once, 2-3 times a day.
