Racemic Anisodamine Tablets

This product is an anticholinergic drug that can significantly relieve gastrointestinal smooth muscle spasm.

The main ingredient of this product is racemic anisodamine. Its chemical name is (±)-6β-hydroxy-1aH, 5aH-tropane-3a-ol tropate.

This product is white tablets.

Used to relieve pain caused by gastrointestinal spasms.

Oral administration: Adults, 1 to 2 tablets (5-10 mg) at a time, 3 times a day.

Common symptoms include dry mouth, flushed face, and blurred vision. Larger doses may cause increased heart rate and difficulty urinating. Excessive doses may cause central nervous system excitement symptoms such as convulsions and even coma.

It is contraindicated for patients with hemorrhagic diseases, acute cerebral hemorrhage, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, and urinary retention.

When this product is used in combination with amantadine (the active ingredient of some compound anti-cold medicines), phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, primidone, procainamide and other anticholinergic drugs, adverse reactions may be increased. 2. When used in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as furazolidone and methyl procarbazine), adverse reactions may be increased. 3. This product can prolong gastric emptying time, so it can increase the absorption rate of many drugs and produce adverse reactions. 4.
