Gastrodin injection

Pharmacology: Pharmacological experiments show that gastrodin can restore the imbalance between the excitation and inhibition processes of the cerebral cortex, and has central inhibitory effects such as sedation, hypnosis and analgesia. Toxicology: Acute toxicity experiment: Mice were orally or intravenously injected with gastrodin at a dose of 5000 mg/kg. After 3 days of observation, no poisoning or death was observed. Subacute toxicity experiment: After 4 to 6 days of administration to dogs and mice, blood tests showed no effect on the counts of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. Blood tests showed no effect on alanine aminotransferase, non-protein and cholesterol. Tissue sections of the animal's heart, lungs, spleen, liver, kidney, stomach and intestine were microscopically examined, and no cell degeneration was observed. The above results show that gastrodin has no effect on the hematopoietic system, liver, kidney function and blood lipids.

The main ingredient of this product is: Gastrodin. Its chemical name is: 4-hydroxyphenyl-β-D-pyranoglucoside.

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

1. Used for neurasthenia, neurasthenia syndrome and brain trauma syndrome; 2. Used for vertigo: Meniere's disease, drug-induced vertigo, traumatic vertigo, sudden deafness, vestibular neuronitis, vertebral basilar artery insufficiency, etc.; 3. Used for neuralgia: trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, occipital neuralgia, etc.; 4. Used for headache: vascular headache, migraine, neurasthenia and neurasthenia syndrome, etc.

Intramuscular injection, 100mg~200mg once, 1~2 times a day. For organic diseases, the dose can be increased appropriately, or follow the doctor's advice.

The adverse reactions are mild. A few patients experience dry mouth and nose, dizziness, stomach discomfort and other symptoms, but these do not affect the patients' acceptance of the medication and do not require special treatment.
