Function and Efficacy
Cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine is a non-digitalis cardiotonic agent with a positive inotropic effect. It can enhance myocardial contractility, improve cardiac pumping function, dilate blood vessels, and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. It can improve myocardial cell metabolism and protect ischemic and hypoxic myocardium. It can improve the function of sinoatrial node P cells.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is cyclic adenosine monophosphate meglumine, which is the salt of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and meglumine (molar ratio 1:1).
Indication
It is used for heart failure, myocarditis, sick sinus syndrome, coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy, and can also be used as an auxiliary treatment for arrhythmias.
Usage and Dosage
1. Intravenous drip: dilute with 200-500 ml 5% glucose injection and then drip intravenously, once a day, 60-180 mg each time; 2. Intravenous push: dilute with 20-40 ml 25% or 10% glucose injection and then slowly push intravenously, once a day, 90 mg each time.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, symptoms such as palpitations, heart palpitations, and dizziness may occur.
