This product is a second-generation oral sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drug. It is a highly active pancreatic beta cell agent that binds to specific receptors on the pancreatic beta cell membrane and can induce the production of appropriate amounts of insulin to lower blood sugar concentration.

Take before meals. The dosage can be adjusted appropriately according to the individual conditions of the patient. The general daily dosage is 15-180 mg. Patients with a daily dosage of less than 30 mg can take it once before breakfast. The initial treatment dosage should start with 15-30 mg, and the dosage should be gradually increased according to the blood sugar situation, with each increase of 15-30 mg. If you have been taking other sulfonylurea drugs and switch to this product, you can start with the same dosage and gradually increase the dosage according to the above dosage. The maximum daily dosage generally does not exceed 180 mg.

There are reports of skin allergic reactions, gastrointestinal reactions, mild hypoglycemia and changes in the blood system in a very small number of people.
