Milrinone Lactate Injection

Function and Efficacy

Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide are both antacids that can neutralize excess stomach acid and correct the constipation and diarrhea caused by using either alone. Aluminum hydroxide and magnesium aluminum silicate can form a colloidal film at the site of inflammation to protect the mucosa.

Indication

It is used to relieve stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid, and can also be used for chronic gastritis.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with renal insufficiency.

Drug Interactions

This product contains aluminum ions and should not be used with tetracycline. 2 This product can interfere with the absorption and elimination of digoxin, warfarin, dicoumarol, chlorpromazine, propranolol, indomethacin, isoniazid, vitamins and barbiturates, affecting the efficacy of the above drugs. Simultaneous use should be avoided. 3 It is generally not recommended to use it within 1 hour with cimetidine, ranitidine, etc., because it can reduce the absorption of cimetidine. 4 If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
