Ibuprofen suspension

This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Each milliliter of this product contains 20 mg of ibuprofen as the main ingredient, and the auxiliary materials are pregelatinized starch, xanthan gum, glycerin, sucrose, anhydrous lemon, sodium benzoate, Tween 80, food coloring, food flavoring, and purified water.

This product is an orange suspension with a sweet taste and the aroma of flavoring.

It is used to treat fever caused by common cold or influenza in children. It is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain in children, such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

1. Adults take 15-20 ml each time, 3-4 times a day. 2. Children under 12 years old: 2-3 years old, 12-14 kg, 3 ml each time. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours. 4-6 years old, 16-20 kg, 5 ml each time. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours. 7-9 years old, 22-26 kg, 8 ml each time. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours. 10-12 years old, 28-32 kg, 10 ml each time. If the fever or pain is not relieved, the medication can be repeated every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours.

A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.

1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 3. When this product is used together with oral hypoglycemic drugs such as digoxin and methotrexate, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs and should not be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemic acid), the latter's sodium excretion and hypotensive effects are weakened, and when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's hypotensive effect is also reduced. 5.
