Function and Efficacy
1. Uterine contraction effect Shenghua decoction can enhance the amplitude and frequency of contraction of uterine smooth muscle in vitro and in vivo in rabbits. Taking a small dose of Shenghua pills after normal delivery and cesarean section can promote uterine recovery. 2. Hematopoietic promotion effect Shenghua decoction can increase the red blood cell and hemoglobin content of hemorrhagic mice. 3. Other effects Shenghua decoction can inhibit egg white foot swelling in rats and inhibit the writhing reaction of mice caused by acetic acid. Shenghua decoction can reduce the whole blood viscosity of rats with acute "blood stasis" model caused by ice water plus adrenaline by oral administration to rats, and improve blood rheology. Shenghua decoction can inhibit the formation of human thrombus in vitro. 4. After 14 days of oral administration of Shenghua decoction 24.6g/kg, there was no obvious abnormality in the growth and development, body weight, liver function, kidney function, blood routine and organs of rats.
