Function and Efficacy

Take the attenuated rubella virus strain approved by the state, with the number of generations within the specified range and qualified by inspection, as the production virus seed. Take human diploid cells, cultivate them into a monolayer at 37℃, inoculate the virus in an appropriate proportion, and cultivate them at 30℃. When lesions begin to appear, wash the cell surface thoroughly, replace the maintenance solution without bovine serum, continue to cultivate for a certain period of time, harvest the virus solution, and then add fresh maintenance solution. The virus solution can be harvested repeatedly according to the cell situation. When merging, a suitable stabilizer can be added. After the semi-finished product passes the inspection, it is packaged and freeze-dried.

Rubella virus fluid.

Appearance

This product is a cheese-colored loose body, which becomes a clear orange-red liquid after being dissolved in water for injection.

Indication

Prevent rubella virus.

Usage and Dosage

Vaccination target: Rubella susceptible people aged 8 months and above. Usage and Dosage: Subcutaneous injection of 0.5 ml at the attachment of the deltoid muscle on the outer side of the upper arm.

Adverse Reactions

Not yet clear.

Precautions

It is contraindicated for patients with fever, acute infectious diseases, acute otitis media, active tuberculosis and a history of severe allergies.

Drug Interactions

Those who have received immunoglobulin injection within 1 month should not be vaccinated.

Storage

Store in a dark place at 2-8℃. Valid for 1.5 years.

Packaging Specification

After reconstitution, each bottle contains 0.5ml, and the content of live rubella virus should be no less than 3.2lgCCID50
