Function and Efficacy
This product is a compound preparation of miconazole nitrate and clobetasol propionate. Miconazole nitrate is an imidazole antifungal drug. It has antibacterial effect and can also be bactericidal at high concentrations; it can inhibit the biosynthesis of fungal ergosterol and other sterols; it acts on the fungal cell membrane, damages the fungal cell membrane and changes its permeability, causing the leakage of important substances in the cell; it can also inhibit the biosynthesis of fungal triglycerides and phospholipids: it can also inhibit the activity of oxidation and peroxidase, causing excessive accumulation of peroxides in the cell, leading to degeneration or necrosis of fungal subcellular structures; it can inhibit the transformation of Candida albicans spores into invasive hyphae. Clobetasol propionate is a highly effective topical corticosteroid with capillary constriction and anti-inflammatory effects.

Indication
Used for dermatitis, eczema, tinea manuum, tinea cruris and allergic dermatitis caused by fungi
Usage and Dosage
For external use, apply evenly to the affected area 1-2 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
The medication site may produce irritation symptoms such as blisters, erythema, congestion, burning, itching, folliculitis, skin atrophy and thinning, capillary dilation; it may also cause dry skin, hirsutism, atrophic striae, increased susceptibility to infection, etc. Long-term and large-area medication may cause hypercortical syndrome, manifested as hirsutism, acne, moon face, osteoporosis, etc. It may occasionally cause allergic contact dermatitis.
