Function and Efficacy
This product is a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor and has an effect on plasmin and the like.
Ingredients
The main ingredients of this product are: peptidase inhibitors.
Indication
Used for open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation or other surgeries. Inhibits fibrinolytic protein, reduces intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and postoperative intestinal adhesion.
Usage and Dosage
1 Allergic reaction test: Before use, dissolve 1 bottle of this product in 10ml of 5% glucose injection, draw out 1ml, dilute it to 5ml with 5% glucose injection, slowly inject 1ml intravenously, and observe closely for 15 minutes. If an allergic reaction occurs, it cannot be used. 2 Before extracorporeal circulation, add 1680-2800 units of this product (840-1120 units for children) to the pre-filling solution at one time. 3 Bleeding caused by other fibrinolysis: 44.8-67.2 units per day, 11.2-22.4 units per day after the condition is alleviated. 4 Prevention of bleeding: Starting from the day before surgery, inject 11.2 units per day. 5 Prevention of postoperative intestinal adhesion: Before the surgical incision is closed, directly inject 11.2-28 units into the abdominal cavity, and do not contact the wound.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. may occur. A very small number of patients may experience a transient increase in serum creatinine and allergic and anaphylactic reactions.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to aprotinin.
Drug Interactions
1 This product can inhibit the antihypertensive effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (such as captopril) (it has been reported, but there is no conclusive opinion yet). 2 This product has the effect of antagonizing plasmin (such as alteplase, anistreplase, streptokinase, urokinase, etc.) and can be used to inhibit bleeding caused by these drugs. 3 This product can interfere with the following tests: blood clotting time, serum creatinine kinase (CK), serum creatinine, aminotransferase, etc.
