It is composed of 8 essential amino acids and 6 non-essential amino acids, and contains various amino acids that can be used by the human body to synthesize proteins. After intravenous administration, it can prevent nitrogen loss, correct negative nitrogen balance and reduce protein consumption.

This product is a compound preparation, a sterile aqueous solution made of 14 kinds of amino acids, and its components are as follows per 1000ml: 8.5% 3.0% L-isoleucine (C6H13NO2) 5.9g 2.1g L-leucine (C6H13NO2) 7.7g 2.7g L-lysine acetate (C6H14N2O2·C2H4O2) 8.7g 3.1g L-methionine (C15H11NO2

This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

Amino acid drugs. Used to improve the nutritional status of patients before and after surgery, and also used for mild malnutrition caused by protein digestion and absorption disorders, insufficient protein intake or excessive consumption, etc.

Intravenous drip: 250-500 ml per day, and can be increased to 1000 ml for severe wasting diseases. Mix with hypertonic glucose and drip through the central venous catheter, or mix with 5%-10% glucose injection and slowly drip through the peripheral vein. The drip rate is preferably 15-20 drops per minute. Newborns: 20 ml per day, drip rate 15 drops per minute (baby dropper) or drip in 2 hours. Infants: 50-100 ml per day, drip rate 10-12 drops per minute.

Too fast an infusion rate can easily cause palpitations, chest tightness, gastrointestinal reactions, fever, headache, etc.

Use with caution in patients with severe acidosis and congestive heart failure; contraindicated in patients with uremia, hepatic coma and metabolic disorders.
