Function and Efficacy
This product has strong atropine-like peripheral anticholinergic and antimuscarinic effects, and also has weak ganglion blocking effects. It is characterized by its selectivity for gastrointestinal smooth muscle, so its inhibitory effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle is stronger and more lasting. It also has varying degrees of inhibitory effects on sweat, saliva and gastric juice secretion. This product is not easy to pass through the blood-cell barrier, so it rarely has central effects.

Appearance
This product is light green tablets; the taste is cool and slightly bitter.
Indication
Used to relieve cough and eliminate phlegm.
Usage and Dosage
15 mg 3 to 4 times a day, before meals, 30 mg before bedtime. For enuresis, 15 to 45 mg can be taken orally before bedtime.
Adverse Reactions
The main side effects and adverse reactions include dry mouth, blurred vision, urinary retention, constipation, headache, palpitations, etc., which can disappear after reducing the dosage or stopping the drug.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with hemorrhagic diseases, preoperative conditions, urinary retention, prostatic hypertrophy, glaucoma and lactating women.

Drug Interactions
1. This product cannot be used with metoclopramide and domperidone. 2. Because this product can prolong gastric emptying time, it will affect the absorption of some drugs. Erythromycin can be decomposed by gastric acid due to staying in the stomach for too long, reducing the efficacy, the absorption of acetaminophen can be delayed, and the plasma peak concentration can be reduced; the plasma concentration of digoxin can be increased by taking this product together.
