This product is a synthetic non-steroidal estrogen. Its main effects are: ① Promote the normal development of female organs and secondary sexual characteristics. ② Promote endometrial hyperplasia and vaginal epithelial keratinization. ③ Enhance uterine contraction and increase the sensitivity of the uterus to oxytocin. ④ Small doses stimulate and large doses inhibit the secretion of anterior pituitary gonadotropin and prolactin. ⑤ Anti-androgenic effect.

The main ingredient of this product is diethylstilbestrol.

This product is white tablets.

1. Supplement the lack of estrogen in the body, such as atrophic vaginitis, female gonadal dysgenesis, menopausal syndrome, senile vulvar dryness and vaginitis, after oophorectomy, primary ovarian agenesis. 2. Breast cancer, postmenopausal and male advanced breast cancer, those who cannot undergo surgery. 3. Prostate cancer, advanced patients who cannot undergo surgery. 4. Prevent postpartum lactation and milk withdrawal (or relapse).

1 Oral administration, used to supplement the body's deficiency, 0.25~0.5mg per day, stop taking the medicine for one week after 21 days, take it cyclically, generally 3 cycles can be used (start taking the medicine from the 5th day of menstruation); 2 For breast cancer, 15mg per day, stop taking the medicine if there is no improvement within 6 weeks; 3 For prostate cancer, start with 1~3mg per day, increase and then decrease according to the condition; maintenance dose is 1mg per day, for 2-3 months; 4 To prevent postpartum lactation and milk withdrawal, 5mg once, 3 times a day, for 3 consecutive days.

Precautions for children: Not clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated. Precautions for the elderly: It can easily cause sodium retention and hyperkalemia, so it should be used with caution.

When this product is used together with carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium, primidone, rifampicin, etc., it can reduce the effect of this product. 3.
