Ingredients
(4S)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-,dicarboxylic acid-3-ethyl ester-5-methyl ester benzenesulfonate. Packaging specifications: 2.5 mg/tablet (calculated as levoamlodipine), double aluminum blister packaging, 7 tablets/plate x 1 plate/box, 7 tablets/plate x 2 plates/box, 7 tablets/plate x 3 plates/box, 7 tablets/plate x 4 plates/box, 10 tablets/plate x 2 plates/box, 10 tablets/plate x 3 plates/box.
Indication
(1) Hypertension (used alone or in combination with other drugs) (2) Angina pectoris: especially spontaneous angina pectoris (used alone or in combination with other drugs)
Usage and Dosage
The initial dose for the treatment of hypertension and angina pectoris is 2.5 mg once a day; the dose can be increased according to the patient's clinical response, up to a maximum of 5 mg once a day; no dose adjustment is required when this product is used in combination with thiazide diuretics, beta-blockers and ACEI.
