Acetaminophen tablets

This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects. [Indications] It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, migraine, joint pain, muscle pain, dysmenorrhea, toothache, neuralgia, and also for fever caused by common cold or influenza.

Each tablet of this product contains 0.5g of acetaminophen as the main ingredient. The auxiliary materials are starch, gelatinized starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone, stearic acid, talc, potassium sorbate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and triacetin.

This product is a white oval film-coated tablet.

It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, migraine, joint pain, muscle pain, dysmenorrhea, toothache, neuralgia, and also for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.

Oral administration. Adults take 1 tablet at a time. If high fever or pain persists, repeat the medication every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 4 tablets within 24 hours.

There are fewer adverse reactions, little irritation to the gastrointestinal tract, and no gastric bleeding. Occasionally, adverse reactions such as rash, urticaria, drug fever, thrombocytopenia and leukopenia may be seen. Long-term and large-scale use of the drug may lead to abnormal liver and kidney function.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.

Precautions for children: Children under 3 years old should avoid using this product because of their underdeveloped liver and kidney functions. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: This product can pass through the placenta and be secreted in breast milk, so it is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Due to the decline of liver and kidney functions in elderly patients, the half-life of this product is prolonged and adverse reactions are prone to occur. It should be used with caution or in a reduced dosage.

1. Long-term use of this product by patients who use barbiturates (such as phenobarbital) or antispasmodics (such as belladonna) may cause liver damage. 2. When this product is used together with chloramphenicol, the toxicity of the latter may be enhanced. 3.
