Function and Efficacy
This product can penetrate the cell membranes of various important organs and increase the ATP level in tissues and cells. It can directly supply energy to cells under ischemic and hypoxic conditions, thereby improving cell energy, metabolism and cell membrane sodium pump mechanism, reducing cell swelling, improving microcirculatory disorders, and restoring organ function. This product can enter the mitochondria of ischemic and hypoxic myocardial cells, support cell energy supply, improve the imbalance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium inside and outside the cells, and inhibit the accumulation of Ca2 in cells. Ingredients
This product is a sterile aqueous solution of adenosine triphosphate disodium (Solution A) and a sterile aqueous solution of magnesium chloride (Solution M) prepared separately and sealed separately. Solution A: 100 mg of adenosine triphosphate disodium per 2 ml; Solution M: 32 mg of magnesium chloride per 2 ml.

Indication
This product is an auxiliary drug. It is used for the auxiliary treatment of acute and chronic active hepatitis, sequelae of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, brain damage, myocarditis and other diseases.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip. First, inject the A solution of this product into 250~500ml of 5% glucose injection, mix well, then add an equal volume of M solution of this product and mix well. The initial drip rate is controlled within 20 drops per minute. If there is no abnormality after 5 minutes, it is controlled within 50 drops per minute. Once a day, a single dose of 5mg/kg. 1~2 bottles of A solution at a time, plus 1~2 bottles of M solution, or follow the doctor's advice
Adverse Reactions
Too fast an intravenous drip can have a hypotensive effect, causing chest tightness and a burning sensation throughout the body. Stopping the medication or slowing down the drip rate can restore blood pressure to normal levels.
Precautions
1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with new myocardial infarction and cerebral hemorrhage are prohibited from using this product.
