Function and Efficacy
1 Pharmacology: In vitro animal tests showed that this product had a destructive or inhibitory effect on the morphology or proliferation of liver cancer BEL-7402, esophageal cancer CaEs-17, laryngeal cancer SMMC-7721, cervical cancer Hela and other cell lines. In vivo tests showed that it had a certain inhibitory effect on mouse Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, sarcoma 180 and solid liver cancer. It could increase the respiratory control rate and lysosomal enzyme activity of tumor cell microsomes of ascites liver cancer H22 mice, inhibit DNA synthesis of cancer cells, and destroy the skeleton and ultrastructure of cancer cells. It interferes with cancer cell division, blocks it in the M phase, and affects the speed of its cycle operation, causing the destruction of the cancer cell skeleton (microfilaments, microtubules), affecting the ultrastructure of cancer cells, leading to damage to mitochondria, microvilli and plasma membrane, etc., blocking the M phase of the cell division cycle and interfering with cancer cell division; 2 Toxicology: The LD50 of mouse gavage cells is 43.3mg/Kg. Studies on mice showed that norcantharidin had no significant inhibitory effect on immune function. After medication, a certain degree of increase in white blood cells was observed. It can also improve liver function and inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus. When used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs, it can improve efficacy and reduce side effects.

Appearance

Indication
Anti-tumor drug. Suitable for patients with liver cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach and cardia cancer, leukopenia, hepatitis, cirrhosis, and hepatitis B virus carriers.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. 5~15mg once, 3 times a day. Start with a small dose and gradually increase the dose. A higher dose can be used for advanced patients, and a reduced dose can be used for children. The course of treatment is one month, and generally 3 courses can be maintained. This product can be used alternately with sodium norcantharidin injection. However, it is not advisable to use the drugs together at the same time.
Adverse Reactions
Some patients may experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness, which can disappear on their own by stopping the medication, reducing the dosage, or taking symptomatic treatment.
