Ibuprofen Granules

This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.

The main ingredient of this product is ibuprofen, and its chemical name is 2-(4-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid.

This product is white granules with sweet taste.

It is used to relieve moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, toothache, and can also be used to relieve fever caused by the common cold or influenza.

Take with warm water, 2 packets for adults at a time, for children under 12 years old, please see the following table for dosage: Age (years) 1-3, weight (kg) 10-15, one-time dosage (packet) 2/3, number of times If the pain or fever continues to not be relieved, the medication can be repeated once every 4-6 hours, not more than 4 times in 24 hours. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.

Patients who have asthma, rhinitis or urticaria caused by taking aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are contraindicated. 3. Patients with active peptic ulcers are contraindicated.

1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal side effects and may cause ulcers. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, the blood concentration of these drugs may increase and they should not be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 5.
