Appearance
This product is a sugar-coated or film-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating.
Indication
It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea. It is also used for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 1 tablet at a time. If pain or fever persists, repeat the medication every 4 to 6 hours, but not more than 4 times in 24 hours.
Adverse Reactions
1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, stomach burning or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rarely, skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for people who are allergic to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women. 3. It is contraindicated for asthma patients who are allergic to aspirin.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Oral dosage for children. 5mg/kg to 10mg/kg of body weight each time, 3 times a day. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women are prohibited. Precautions for the elderly: Follow the doctor's advice.
Drug Interactions
1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, it can increase the blood concentration of these drugs and should not be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 5.
