This product has only a weak antibacterial effect on bacteria, but is effective against intestinal infections caused by Shigella dysenteriae and Escherichia coli.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains 0.1 gram of berberine hydrochloride as the main ingredient, and auxiliary materials are starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, micro-powder silica gel, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, dextrin, and pigment: tartrazine.

Appearance
This product is a yellow tablet.
Indication
Used for intestinal infections such as gastroenteritis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Adults: 1-3 tablets at a time, 3 times a day. Children: 1-3 years old, 10-15 kg, 0.5-1 tablet/time, 3 times a day; 4-6 years old, 16-21 kg, 1-1.5 tablets/time, 3 times a day; 7-9 years old, 22-27 kg, 1.5-2 tablets/time, 3 times a day; 10-12 years old, 28-32 kg, 2-2.5 tablets/time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Oral adverse reactions are rare, occasionally including nausea, vomiting, rash and drug fever, which disappear after stopping the drug.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with hemolytic anemia and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.

Drug Interactions
1. When Chinese medicine containing tannin is used together with this product, since tannin is an alkaloid precipitant, the two combine to form insoluble tannate precipitation, which reduces the efficacy. 2.
