Function and Efficacy
Drug to terminate early pregnancy. It softens the cervix, increases uterine tension and intrauterine pressure. When used sequentially with mifepristone, it can significantly increase or induce the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous uterine contractions in early pregnancy. It has the pharmacological activity of E-type prostaglandins, has a mild stimulating effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle, and inhibits gastric acid secretion in large doses.

Indication
Used sequentially with mifepristone, it can be used to terminate early pregnancy within 49 days.
Usage and Dosage
Take a single dose of misoprostol 0.6 mg orally before meals 40 to 48 hours after taking mifepristone.
Adverse Reactions
Some women in early pregnancy experience mild nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue and lower abdominal pain after taking the medicine, and some women may experience hot flashes, fever and itchy palms.
Precautions
1. Patients with heart, liver, kidney diseases and adrenal cortex insufficiency are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with contraindications to the use of prostaglandins, such as glaucoma, asthma and allergic constitution are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients who are pregnant with an intrauterine device or suspected of ectopic pregnancy are prohibited from using this product.

Drug Interactions
