Compound Electrolyte Glucose Injection-M3B

Function and Efficacy

In rabbits within 4 days of surgical invasion, the electrolytes (Na, K, C1) were maintained in a good balance from the first to the fourth day after surgery by intravenous drip of 50 ml/kg/day. In addition, blood pH, PC02, and H2CO3 also returned to preoperative values on the fifth day after surgery, and plasma non-protein nitrogen (NPN) concentration also dropped to preoperative values on the third day after surgery, so it is an effective postoperative maintenance fluid.
