Function and Efficacy
This product belongs to the adrenal cortex hormone class, with anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antipruritic and anti-exudative effects. This product acts quickly and has a strong capillary contraction effect. Its anti-inflammatory effect is 112.5 times that of hydrocortisone, 2.3 times that of betamethasone sodium phosphate, and 18.7 times that of fluocinolone. The systemic adverse reactions are 3 times that of fluocinolone, with no sodium retention effect, and have a certain effect of promoting sodium and potassium excretion.

Appearance
This product is a colorless, clear, slightly viscous liquid.
Indication
It is suitable for skin diseases that are effectively treated with topical corticosteroids, such as chronic eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus, neurodermatitis, and palmoplantar pustulosis.
Usage and Dosage
For external use, apply to the affected area 2-3 times a day. Once the condition is under control, change to once a day.
Adverse Reactions
It may cause irritation symptoms such as erythema, burning, itching, folliculitis, skin atrophy and thinning, and capillary dilation at the medication site. It may also cause dry skin, hirsutism, atrophic striae, and increase susceptibility to infection. Long-term medication may cause hypercorticism, manifested as hirsutism, acne, moon face, osteoporosis, etc. It may occasionally cause allergic contact dermatitis.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to this product and other corticosteroids are contraindicated.
