Indication

It is suitable for mycoplasma pneumonia, neonatal conjunctivitis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, infant pneumonia, genital urinary tract infection (including non-gonococcal urethritis), Legionnaires' disease, diphtheria (adjuvant treatment) and diphtheria carriers, skin and soft tissue infections, whooping cough, respiratory tract infections (including pneumonia) caused by sensitive bacteria (Bacillus influenzae, pneumococcus, hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus, etc.), streptococcal pharyngitis, Listeria infection, long-term prevention of rheumatic fever and prevention of endocarditis, Campylobacter jejuni enteritis, as well as gonorrhea, syphilis, acne, etc.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: 1g~2g/day for adults; 30mg~50mg/kg/day for children, divided into 3~4 times. Erythromycin Lactobionate can be used for intravenous injection or intravenous drip: 1g~2g/day for adults; 20mg~30mg/kg/day for children, divided into 2~3 times.

Adverse Reactions

1. Gastrointestinal reactions: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, oral pain, decreased appetite, etc. The incidence and reaction are related to the dose. 2. Allergic reactions: urticaria and drug fever may occur. It manifests as drug fever, rash, eosinophilia, etc. The incidence is 0.5~1%. 3. Liver damage: It can cause liver damage, such as increased serum alanine aminotransferase and jaundice.
