Appearance
This product is dark red to orange-red tablets, and the buffer solution is a colorless, clear liquid.
Indication
Used for trachoma, conjunctivitis, keratitis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Eye drops. 1-2 drops at a time, 4-6 times a day. Put the solution tablet into the buffer solution, shake it and use it after it is completely dissolved.
Adverse Reactions
Chills, breathing difficulties, dizziness, fever, headache, orange-red or reddish-brown tears, etc. In addition, it can also cause skin redness or rash (allergic reaction), itching and other symptoms.
Precautions
1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it. 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction are prohibited from using it. 3. Patients with biliary obstruction are prohibited from using it.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Since no research has been conducted on the use of this product in children under 5 years old, children under 5 years old should be used with caution. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. Rifampicin can damage the placenta. Although it has not been confirmed to have harmful effects on the fetus in humans, pregnant women should fully weigh the pros and cons when using this drug. The effects of this product combined with other drugs on the fetus have not been clarified. 2. Rifampicin can be excreted in breast milk. Drug Interactions
1 Daily drinking while using this product may increase the incidence of hepatotoxic reactions of this product. 2 When this product is used in combination with adrenocortical hormones, anticoagulants, aminophylline, theophylline, chloramphenicol, clofibrate, cyclosporine, verapamil, tocainide, propafenone, trimethoprim, coumarin or indandione derivatives, oral hypoglycemic drugs, corticotropin, dapsone, digitalis glycosides, disopyramide, and quinidine, since this product can induce the activity of liver microsomal enzymes, it can reduce the efficacy of the above drugs. Therefore, except for digoxin and dapsone, the above drugs need to be adjusted in dose before and during the treatment.
