Function and Efficacy
This product is a peripheral anticholinergic drug. In addition to its spasmolytic effect on smooth muscle, it also has the effect of blocking ganglia and neuromuscular junctions, but its effect on the central nervous system is weak. It can relieve spasms of smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract, bile duct and urinary tract and inhibit gastrointestinal peristalsis.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets with peculiar smell and slightly bitter taste.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 2 to 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
1. The more common ones are: constipation, decreased sweating, dry mouth, nose, throat and skin, blurred vision, difficulty urinating (especially in the elderly), palpitations, etc. 2. The less common ones are: eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, allergic rash.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients with glaucoma. 2. It is contraindicated for patients with dysuria caused by prostatic hypertrophy. 3. It is contraindicated for patients with severe heart disease or tachycardia.
