Appearance
This product is white or light blue or light gray-green tablets with colorants added.
Indication
Used to treat duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, stress ulcer and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 2 times a day, and no more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Adverse Reactions
1. Long-term use or increased dosage may cause: male breast swelling, lactation, loss of libido, diarrhea, headache, muscle cramps or myalgia, rash, hair loss, etc. 2. Occasional adverse reactions include: ① Mental disorder, which is more common in elderly or seriously ill patients and can be recovered within 48 hours after stopping the drug; ② Sore throat and fever; ③ Unexplained bleeding or ecchymosis, as well as abnormal fatigue and weakness; ④ Granulocytopenia or other abnormal blood counts, which are more common in patients with serious complications.

Drug Interactions

When this product is used together with nitrazepam (nitrazepam), diazepam (valium), theophylline, propranolol (propranolol), phenytoin sodium, aspirin, etc., the blood concentration of these drugs can be increased, the effects can be enhanced, adverse reactions can occur, and even toxic reactions can occur. Therefore, this product should not be used together with these drugs. 3. When this product is used together with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as gentamicin, it may cause respiratory depression or respiratory arrest. 4.
