Appearance

This product is a capsule, and its contents are off-white or light yellow powder.

Indication

Used to treat duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other high gastric acid secretion diseases.

Usage and Dosage

Oral. Adults take 1 capsule at a time, twice a day. Take in the morning and before bedtime.

Adverse Reactions

1 Common symptoms include nausea, rash, constipation, fatigue, headache, dizziness, etc.; 2 Compared with cimetidine, the adverse effects of damage to kidney function, gonadal function and central nervous system are milder; 3 A small number of patients suffered mild liver damage after taking the drug, and the symptoms disappeared after stopping the drug, and the liver function returned to normal. Drug Interactions

1. When used in combination with warfarin, lidocaine, diazepam, propranolol and other drugs that are metabolized by the liver, the blood concentration of ranitidine will not increase and cause toxic and side effects; 2. When used in combination with anticoagulants and anti-epileptic drugs, it is safer than cimetidine; 3. When used in combination with procainamide, the clearance rate of procainamide can be reduced; 4. It can reduce liver blood flow, and therefore when used in combination with propranolol, lidocaine and other drugs whose metabolism is greatly affected by liver blood flow, it can delay the effects of these drugs.
