Aminophene and pseudoephedrine tablets

The acetaminophen in this product produces antipyretic and analgesic effects by inhibiting the formation of prostaglandins. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride can constrict the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, eliminate congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and relieve nasal congestion symptoms. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide can inhibit the cough center and has an antitussive effect.

This product is a compound preparation. Each tablet contains the main ingredients of acetaminophen 500 mg, dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15 mg and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg.

The day tablet of this product is a dark orange film-coated tablet, and the night tablet is a light blue film-coated tablet.

This product is used to relieve symptoms such as fever, headache, limb pain, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, etc. caused by the common cold and influenza.

Oral administration: Adults, 1 tablet at a time; once every 6 hours, no more than 4 times in 24 hours.

Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.

1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. 2. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, barbiturates (such as phenobarbital), antispasmodics (such as belladonna), phentolamine, and digitalis glycosides. 3.
