The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride has the effects of contracting the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, eliminating congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and relieving nasal congestion and runny nose; dextromethorphan hydrobromide can inhibit the cough center and has an antitussive effect; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can further relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, etc., and has a sedative and hypnotic effect.

This product is a compound preparation. Day tablets (acetaminophen pseudoephedrine tablets): Each tablet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Night tablets (aminophen tablets II): Each tablet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide, and 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

The day tablet of this product is a dark orange film-coated tablet, and the night tablet is a light blue film-coated tablet.

It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, etc. caused by the common cold and influenza.

Day tablets (Aminophen Pseudoephedrine Tablets): Oral, adults and children over 12 years old, 1 tablet at a time, once every 6 hours during the day. Night tablets (Aminophen Pseudoephedrine Tablets II): Oral, adults and children over 12 years old, 1 tablet at night or before going to bed.

Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.

It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to pseudoephedrine, antihistamines, acetaminophen, or dextromethorphan hydrobromide.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women.

1. If this product is used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may increase. 2.
