Function and Efficacy

This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, and has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is a sustained-release dosage form, which allows the drug to be gradually released in the body, and each dose can provide continuous pain relief for 12 hours.

Ingredients

Each tablet of this product contains 0.3g of ibuprofen, the main ingredient. The auxiliary materials are: sugar, starch, stearic acid, polyvinyl pyrrolidone.

Appearance

The contents of this product are white spherical pellets.

Indication

Used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, headache, migraine, toothache, dysmenorrhea, and also for fever caused by the common cold or influenza.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: Adults, 1 capsule at a time, 2 times a day (morning and evening).

Adverse Reactions

1. A small number of patients may experience nausea, vomiting, burning sensation in the stomach or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminase, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, mental tension, drowsiness, lower limb edema or sudden weight gain. 2. Rare rash. Urticaria, itching, extremely rare severe skin allergic reaction, exfoliative dermatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (Stevens JOhnson Syndrome) or large-scale skin diseases. Such as erythema multiforme and epidermal necrolysis. 3. Rare rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm. 4. Those with intestinal diseases. Such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It may aggravate the condition. 5. Extremely rare hematopoietic disorders (anemia, autocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, pancytopenia, agranulocytosis. Initial symptoms are: fever, sore throat, superficial oral ulcers, flu-like symptoms, severe fatigue, unexplained bruising or bleeding) or liver disease. 6. Extremely rare severe allergic reactions, symptoms include facial, tongue and throat edema, difficulty breathing, tachycardia, hypotension (anaphylactic reaction, angioedema or shock). 7. There have been reports of edema, hypertension and heart failure with treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 8. In patients with autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease), there have been individual cases of bacterial meningitis symptoms such as neck stiffness, headache, nausea, vomiting, fever or confusion during ibuprofen treatment.

Precautions

1. Patients who are allergic to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are prohibited from using this product. 2. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 3. Asthma patients who are allergic to aspirin are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or severe heart failure are prohibited from using this product. 5. Patients who are taking other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs containing ibuprofen or other drugs, including those taking drugs known to be specific cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors are prohibited from using this product.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Children must use under adult supervision. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients are prone to adverse reactions due to decreased liver and kidney function, so they should be used with caution or in a reduced dosage.

Drug Interactions

1. When this product is used together with other antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, it may increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions and may cause ulcers. 2. When this product is used together with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol, it may lead to prolonged prothrombin time and increased bleeding tendency. 3. When this product is used together with digoxin, methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, the blood concentration of these drugs can be increased, so it is not suitable to be used together. 4. When this product is used together with furosemide (furanosemid), the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; when used together with antihypertensive drugs, the latter's antihypertensive effect is also reduced. 5. There have been reports of interactions when ibuprofen is used in combination with aminoglycosides, glucocorticoids, antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin, cyclosporine, diuretics, lithium, quinolones, zidovudine, and selective serotonin reuptake decoction agents. They should be used with caution or under the guidance of a physician. 6. Drug interactions may occur if used with other drugs. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist for details.
