Function and Efficacy

The results of non-clinical pharmacodynamic tests showed that this product can improve the gait of Tourette model rats caused by iminodiapropionitrile (IDPN), inhibit involuntary rotation, increase the time of rats climbing the net, inhibit the increase of autonomous activity, aggression and irritability of mice injected with intraperitoneal amphetamine, reduce the DA content in the striatum of model mice, and improve the climbing behavior of mice injected with subcutaneous apomorphine. Long-term toxicity tests on rats were conducted with continuous oral administration (75.0, 37.5, 18.75g/Kg) for 3 and 6 months. In the long-term toxicity test on rats with 3 months of administration, the RBC, HCT and HGB of female rats in the small, medium and large dose groups were significantly decreased, among which HGB had a good dose-toxicity relationship and could be restored to normal during the recovery period. The liver organ coefficients in the male high-dose group and the female medium-dose group were significantly increased after drug administration, and they could be restored after drug withdrawal. In the rat long-term toxicity test with 6-month administration, the total white blood cell count, lymphocyte count, neutrophil count, total red blood cell count, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, platelets, etc. were all abnormal, but there was no obvious dose relationship: after 3 months of administration, the blood glucose, urea, ammonia, and creatinine of female rats in the high-dose group increased significantly. The creatinine of female rats in the medium and low-dose groups also increased significantly. The blood glucose levels of male rats in the high and medium-dose groups tended to increase: after 6 months of administration, the blood glucose levels of female rats in the medium and low-dose groups increased significantly, and the blood glucose levels of both male and female rats in each dose group tended to increase, and the thymus weight of female rats decreased significantly.

Usage and Dosage

Take with boiled water, 4-6 years old, 1 bag at a time, 2 times a day; 7-9 years old, 1.5 bags at a time, 2 times a day; 10-14 years old, 2 bags at a time, 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 6 weeks.

Adverse Reactions
