Function and Efficacy
Vitamin B1 forms thiamine pyrophosphate in the body, which is a necessary coenzyme for carbohydrate metabolism and can maintain the normal functions of the heart, nerves and digestive system. Vitamin B1 can inhibit the activity of cholinesterase. When it is deficient, the activity of cholinesterase is enhanced, the hydrolysis of acetylcholine is accelerated, and the nerve impulse conduction disorder is caused, affecting the gastrointestinal and myocardial functions. Vitamin B6 is converted into pyridoxal phosphate in red blood cells, and acts as a coenzyme for various metabolic functions of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids. Vitamin B6 also participates in the conversion of tryptophan into niacin or 5-hydroxytryptamine. Vitamin B12 participates in methyl conversion and folic acid metabolism in the body, and promotes the conversion of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate into tetrahydrofolate. When it is deficient, it leads to DNA synthesis disorders and affects the maturation of red blood cells. This product also promotes the conversion of methylmalonic acid into succinic acid and participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle. This product contains 93.0% to 107.0% of the labeled amount of vitamin B1 (C12H17ClN4OS?HCl) and vitamin B6 (C8H11NO3?HCl), and 85.0% to 115.0% of the labeled amount of vitamin B12 (C63H88CoN14O14P).

Appearance
This product is a film-coated tablet or a sugar-coated tablet. After removing the coating, it appears pink.
Indication
It is used for vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiency. It is also used for neuropathy or multiple peripheral neuritis caused by different causes.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1-2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, rash, itching, etc. may occur.

Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women taking large amounts of vitamin B may cause vitamin B dependence syndrome in newborns. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
Chloramphenicol, cycloserine, ethionamide, hydralazine hydrochloride, immunosuppressants including adrenocortical hormones, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, isoniazid, penicillamine and other drugs can antagonize vitamin B6 or increase the renal excretion of vitamin B6, which can cause anemia or peripheral neuritis. The combination of levodopa and a small dose of vitamin B6 (5 mg per day) can antagonize the anti-tremor effect of levodopa. But it has no effect on carbidopa.
