Racemic anisodamine eye drops

This product has a peripheral M cholinergic receptor blocking effect and can relieve smooth muscle spasms caused by acetylcholine. Compared with atropine, it is weaker and has the effects of relaxing smooth muscles, dilating blood vessels, and improving microcirculation, so it may relieve ciliary muscle spasms and promote vision improvement. This product has the effects of dilating pupils and inhibiting glandular secretion, but rarely produces central excitement.

The main ingredient of this product is scopolamine. Its chemical name is: (±)-6β-hydroxy-1αH, 5αH-tropane-3α-ol tropate.

This product is light yellow transparent clear liquid

Used to treat pseudomyopia in adolescents.

Eye drops: 1-2 drops at a time, twice a day, three months as a course of treatment.

There may be slight pupil dilation and blurred vision of near objects.
