Appearance
This product is a capsule, and its contents are white or off-white powder or granules.
Indication
Antihypertensive drugs. Used to treat hypertension.
Usage and Dosage
The recommended starting and maintenance doses of Itaiqing for patients with primary hypertension are 150 mg once a day. For patients whose blood pressure does not drop as expected, 300 mg/day or combined with other drugs may be used. It can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. It is not necessary to adjust the dose of Itaiqing for patients with impaired liver and kidney function and the elderly.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally there are headaches, dizziness, palpitations, and coughs, which are generally mild and transient. Most patients can tolerate the medication by continuing to take it. Urticaria and angioedema rarely occur.
Precautions
1. Those who are allergic to the ingredients of this product are prohibited from using it. 2. Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using it.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: There is no data on the safety of the drug for patients under 18 years old. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: 1. As a safety measure, it is best not to use this product in the first three months of pregnancy; 2. This product is contraindicated for pregnant women from April to September; 3. This product is contraindicated for breastfeeding women. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients do not need to adjust the dosage when using this product.
Drug Interactions
There is no significant interaction between this product and hydrochlorothiazide, digoxin, warfarin, and nifedipine. However, when used in combination with diuretics, attention should be paid to insufficient blood volume or hypotension caused by low sodium. When used in combination with potassium-sparing diuretics (such as triamterene, etc.), elevated blood potassium should be avoided. The combination with digitalis drugs such as digoxin, beta-blockers such as atenolol, and calcium antagonists such as nifedipine does not affect the pharmacokinetics of each other.
