Appearance

This product is white or off-white tablets.

Indication

It is suitable for the treatment of hypertension, but not for the first-time treatment of hypertension. This product is suitable for patients who cannot satisfactorily control their blood pressure by taking amlodipine or benazepril alone; or for the replacement treatment of taking amlodipine and benazepril at the same time.

Usage and Dosage

The usual starting oral dose is one tablet once a day, or as directed by your doctor.

Adverse Reactions

The most common symptoms are headache, edema, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, abdominal pain, flushing, palpitations and dizziness; itching, rash, dyspnea, weakness, muscle cramps and indigestion are rare. There are very few reports of myocardial infarction and chest pain. Edema, headache, dizziness, fatigue, etc. may occur. They are generally mild and can be tolerated by patients.

Precautions

Patients who are allergic to dihydropyridine calcium antagonists are contraindicated. Patients with impaired liver function may have their t1/2 prolonged. It should be used with caution. Patients who are allergic to this product are contraindicated. Patients with severe obstructive coronary artery disease should use it with caution. After oral administration, this product has a vasodilating effect. Occasionally, acute hypotension may occur. Therefore, patients with severe aortic stenosis should be careful when using this product in combination with any other peripheral vasodilator drugs. Pregnant and lactating women should use it with caution. Lactating women who need to take this product should stop breastfeeding. The safety and efficacy of this product for children have not yet been determined. It should not be used.
