Pirarubicin Hydrochloride for Injection

Function and Efficacy

This product is a semi-synthetic anthracycline anticancer drug. It enters the cell nucleus and quickly embeds into the DNA base pairs, interfering with the transcription process, preventing mRNA synthesis, inhibiting the activity of DNA polymerase and DNA topoisomerase Ⅱ (Topoisomerase Ⅱ, Topo Ⅱ), and interfering with DNA synthesis. Because this product interferes with DNA and mRNA synthesis at the same time, blocks the cell cycle in the G2 phase of cell division and inhibits tumor growth, it has strong anticancer activity.
