Flutamide Tablets
Function and Efficacy
This product is a non-steroidal androgen antagonist that competes with androgens for androgen receptors in tumor sites, blocks cell uptake of androgens, and inhibits the binding of androgens to target organs. After binding to androgen receptors, this product forms a receptor complex, enters the cell nucleus, and binds to nuclear proteins, thereby inhibiting tumor cell growth.
